Privacy Policy
Magic Answer Book: Fold & Ask (“the app”) is made by LiChun Wa (Chun Wa Creative) (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what happens to your information when you use the app. The short version: we do not collect any data.
What we do not do
- No account or sign-in is required, and we never ask for your name, email or phone number inside the app.
- No tracking and no advertising identifiers.
- No ads.
- No analytics or crash-reporting services.
- No third-party SDKs.
Your questions, answers and history
Questions you type or speak, the answers the book gives, your ledger history and your settings are stored only on your device, using Apple’s SwiftData and UserDefaults. They are never sent to us or to anyone else. If you delete the app, this data is deleted with it.
Voice input (optional)
If you choose to speak your question, the app uses Apple’s Speech framework to turn your voice into text. Depending on your device and settings, the audio may be processed by Apple to provide speech recognition, under Apple’s Privacy Policy. We never receive your audio or the transcription. The microphone is used only while you tap the microphone button; you can deny or revoke microphone and speech-recognition permission at any time in iOS Settings, and the app still works by typing or by asking silently.
Purchases
Chapter and bundle purchases are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your payment details. The app only checks with Apple whether a purchase has been made so it can unlock the chapter.
Data collected by the developer
None. Because nothing leaves your device, we have no personal data to sell, share, disclose or delete on your behalf.
Children
The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.
This website
This website uses no cookies, analytics or tracking scripts. It is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which may process standard technical request data (such as IP addresses) to deliver and secure the site.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the effective date above.
